But I have trusted in Your mercy; My heart shall rejoice in Your salvation. Psalm 13:5 (NKJV).

Justice often takes time, and Scripture acknowledges how difficult that can be. Even when justice is delayed, God’s love will never fail us. We can trust and rest in Him not just for the moment, but for eternity. 

Loving God, help me to trust you even when I can’t see what you are doing. I’m thankful I can rest in your goodness and faithfulness today, in Jesus’ name I pray. Amen.
